Hey, I’m Erica Poles Fulton. I help women who feel stuck in a style rut rediscover their confidence, their creativity, and their favorite outfits again.

Before launching The Wardrobe Staple, I worked as a CPA in corporate accounting for over a decade. I know what it’s like to invest in a career, raise a family, and suddenly realize you don’t recognize the person staring back at you in the mirror. That was me, until I started rebuilding my wardrobe piece by piece and finally found a style that felt like me again.

Now, as a personal stylist based in Hershey, Pennsylvania (and mom of three), I work with women who want more ease and intention in their mornings. Whether we’re cleaning out your closet, creating everyday outfits from the pieces you already own, or shopping together for a more curated capsule, you’ll walk away with a wardrobe that works for your real life.
