1. Services & Scope

The Wardrobe Staple provides personal styling services, including but not limited to: closet edits, virtual and in-person shopping guidance, outfit creation, and wardrobe strategy. These services are intended to offer inspiration, education, and support — they are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

2. Bookings & Payments

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Full payment is required to confirm any service unless otherwise stated. Payment is accepted via the booking platform or invoice.

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a rebooking fee or forfeit of the service, at the discretion of The Wardrobe Staple.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when filling out any applications, intake forms, or onboarding questionnaires. The results of any styling services depend on your willingness to participate in the process openly and honestly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content shared through The Wardrobe Staple — including lookbooks, digital downloads, website copy, branding, and styled outfit plans — is the property of The Wardrobe Staple and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission. You are welcome to use any personalized materials created specifically for you for your own personal use only.

5. Results Disclaimer

While many clients experience increased confidence and clarity after working together, individual results may vary. The Wardrobe Staple does not guarantee specific outcomes from styling services.

6. Third-Party Tools

The Wardrobe Staple uses third-party platforms (such as Acuity, Tally, Squarespace, and Flodesk) to schedule appointments, collect form responses, and communicate with clients. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for any issues that arise through their use.

7. Limitation of Liability

By using this website or booking a service, you agree that The Wardrobe Staple will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or services.
